CPR/AED Certification Courses
Be prepared to respond when every second counts. Our First Aid, CPR, AED and BLS training provides practical, hands-on instruction designed to help participants recognize a cardiac emergency, perform CPR and safely use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) on Infants Children and Adults.

We provide training and certification through the American Heart Association.

What You'll Learn
Course content varies depending on the certification program selected, but CPR/AED training may include:

How to recognize a cardiac emergency

How and when to perform CPR

Proper chest compression and rescue-breathing techniques

How to safely operate an Automated External Defibrillator (AED)

How to respond when someone is choking

CPR and AED techniques for adults, children and infants, when included in the selected course

Hands-on practice and demonstration of required lifesaving skills​
How Long Is the Class?
CPR/AED classes last between 3-4 hours. They are done twice monthly. However depending on the number of participants a separate schedule can be accommodated.
Your instructor will confirm the date when you register.
BLS is a 5 hour extended course that can be added on. This must be booked in advance
How Long Is Certification Valid?
CPR/AED certifications backed by the the American Heart Association is valid for two years.
The exact expiration period depends on the course and certifying organization. Participants should renew their training before their certification expires to keep their credentials current.

What You'll Receive
After successfully completing the required training and skills assessment, participants receive a course completion certificate or certification card from the American Heart Association
